  • What does sports walking consist of?
    It involves brisk walking interspersed with static and dynamic physical exercises. All of this is done to music and under the guidance of a professional trainer who, using wireless headphones provided to each participant, gives directions on how to do the exercises and the pace to keep.

  • Can everyone participate or do you have to be an athlete?
    Anyone can participate and no special or specific athletic training is required. Of course, one must be in good solute and be able to walk at a steady, dynamic pace for about an hour. If in doubt in relation to any possible medical condition, you should always consult your doctor to check your health status.

  • Are the headphones sanitized and clean?
    Yes, all headsets are cleaned after each event by TM Service, a company that specializes in sanitizing equipment.

  • What must one do to participate?
    To attend one of our events, simply log in from the portal (www.fitnesswalk.eu), click on the “Events” section and choose the event you are interested in by date and location. After that you simply add the event to the cart by clicking on the appropriate button, following all the instructions given. Once the reservation is completed, the system will immediately send an automatic email with a receipt of participation.

  • What should I do if I do not receive any confirmation email after purchase?
    If you do not see the confirmation e-mail in your inbox, check that it has not gone to junk mail. If you can’t find a receipt here either, it will be sufficient to present the receipt of the payment made on the day of the event.

  • Can children participate?
    Yes, children 8 years of age and older may participate only if accompanied by a parent or, at any rate, an adult who is responsible for them.

  • How do I make reservations for multiple people?
    It is possible to book for more than one person in a single transaction, simply indicating the number of participants when purchasing. It is important to remember that only those who purchase will receive the confirmation email and all information about the event, including any postponements or time changes. Therefore, this person should inform all other participants of all that is needed.

  • Is it possible to pay cash on the day of the event?
    No cash payments are allowed on the day of the event. For fiscal and organizational reasons, the only form of payment possible is as indicated on the website.

  • Can I bring my four-legged friend?
    No, you are not allowed to attend events together with your dog.

  • What happens in case of rain, snow, or unfavorable weather conditions?
    As per the Regulations, in case of bad weather, the event is postponed and, therefore, set for another date.

  • What should I do if I cannot attend the booked event?
    If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to attend the booked event, simply notify us at least 24 hours in advance by sending an e-mail to [email protected]

  • If I cannot attend, is it possible to get a refund for the ticket?
    As per the Regulations, in case of non-participation it is not possible to obtain a ticket refund but only a voucher for participation in a subsequent event of your choice.
